Since 1952, the Ohio Bankers Benefits Trust (OBBT) has provided high-quality health and employee benefits exclusively to member banks. Designed for small and mid-sized financial institutions, OBBT offers cost-effective solutions that help banks attract and retain top talent.

Through a collaborative, risk-sharing model, OBBT delivers competitive benefits while limiting premium increases. Member banks may select from medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and voluntary benefit options—giving employees flexibility and choice.
