The OBL Mortgage Lending Forum builds strong peer networks by exchanging performance ideas and discussing the mortgage lending environment. This forum offers an ongoing platform for developing peer networks and strengthen job performance through idea exchange and presentations on current mortgage lending topics.

How the Forum Works

  • The Mortgage Lending Forum will meet three times during the year
  • Relevant hot topics will be discussed at each session. Participants are strongly encouraged to suggest topics of interest in advance of the session

Kylee DurbinLead Consultant | Forvis Mazars

Kylee Durbin, CRCM, is a Lead Consultant with FORVIS. Ms. Durbin began her career as a teller at a small community bank over twenty years ago. She gained knowledge of bank operations working at small and mid-sized community banks in Illinois and Kentucky. Her previous experience as the Director and Audit and Compliance allowed her to develop audit and compliance programs through evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying any weaknesses or gaps that may put an institution at risk. The last ten years of her career have been focused transforming critically deficient compliance programs into proactive strong programs. Ms. Durbin is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

A graduate of Ohio Dominican College, and SUNY Albany, Mr. Moore also attended the Leadership Development Executive Program at the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business. Charles attended the Graduate School of Banking and is a military veteran serving in the United States Marine Corps and the Army National Guard.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for the program will be granted for cancellations received in writing to the OBL Professional Development Team seven days prior to each session. Cancellations will be subject to a $75 processing fee. No Refunds will be granted for cancellations received within seven days of the program. Substitutions are always welcome.

Continuing Education

The Ohio Bankers League is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. This program and attendees qualify for Continuing Professional Education credit in the area of Specialized Knowledge.
