Prior to founding Infotex in 2000 to serve community banks, Dan's first experience in IT governance came in 1986, when he wrote his first Acceptable Use Policy, and conducted his first Information Technology risk assessment in 1989. Dan facilitates and speaks regularly at events, conferences, workshops and seminars, including the OBL Security & Technology Conference and the OBL IT Forum. Published in Bank Notes, the Ohio Record, Hoosier Banker Magazine, and the ABA's Compliance Magazine, Dan also helped to write the original CRISC manual for ISACA. .

Jon is also the SBS' Chief People Officer and the President of the SBS Institute. Over the past 17 years, Jon has helped hundreds of organizations make more informed business decisions by identifying and understanding cybersecurity risk. Jon maintains his CISA, CRISC, and CDPSE certifications and holds a BS in CIS and a MS in Information Assurance from Dakota State University, a Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education designated by the NSA.
